What Go2RE is

A QR-code service for real-estate agents. You create short links pointing at your listings; we generate scannable QR codes and printable label sheets and track how often each code is scanned. The home page covers the basics.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with an email and password — your choice. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; if someone takes over your Google account or learns your password, they can sign into Go2RE as you.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time via the contact form. Deletion removes your user row, your links, your scan history, and cancels any active Stripe subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Point QR codes at malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or anything that violates a third party's rights.
  • Use the service to spam or to drive traffic to deceptive landing pages.
  • Use the contact form, profile fields, or any other input to harass others or post abusive content.
  • Attempt to attack, probe, or otherwise compromise the site or other users' accounts.
  • Resell, sublicense, or repackage Go2RE without written permission.

We may deactivate a link or suspend an account that violates these terms. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent removal.

Subscriptions and billing

  • The Free plan is, well, free. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe at the rates listed on the pricing section.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can downgrade to Free at any time on the plan page; the cancellation takes effect immediately and your active link count must fit the free tier's cap.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us if you've been charged in error.
  • Failed payments may downgrade your account to Free after a short grace period; your links stay intact, just capped at the free-tier limit until billing is restored.

Your content

You own the URLs and labels you put into Go2RE. By using the service you grant us the right to store that content, generate QR codes for it, and serve redirects when codes are scanned. We don't claim any ownership of your destinations or click data.

Service availability

Go2RE is provided "as is." We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA. The site may be briefly unreachable for maintenance, hosting issues, or upstream outages. Scheduled maintenance, when it happens, is announced in advance where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go2RE and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost link traffic, lost scan data, or business consequences of a link being unavailable during an outage.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will move the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is removed and any active subscription is cancelled.
